Search for 12 NHS laptops starts!

12 NHS laptops which were being used to analyze important facts about Enfield patients got stolen in early June. Now the police officers have started searching for those lost laptops.
Apparently, these laptops were stolen by health chiefs at NHS North Central London. Reports say that the laptops have passwords and the information regarding the patients was deleted before the robbery took place.
NHS NCL which administers healthcare across Barnet, Haringey, Camden, Enfield and Islington, however are not disclosing whether the data was coded or not and from where exactly the laptops were stolen.
According to a spokeswoman of Department Of Health, they have chalked a guidance policy for NHS NCL that must be followed in order to keep the records safe.
